Sarah has a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from Dalhousie University and first entered the I&R world in 2014 with 211 Nova Scotia as the Database Manager. In 2018, she became an AIRS Database Reviewer for the Accreditation program and in 2020, she was hired as AIRS Staff. Sarah supports and manages the Certification program with the Certification Commission and is working to develop new ways AIRS can support its members through data analysis and reporting.

With an unwavering dedication to the non-profit sector, Matthew Hundley has worked over the past 15 years spearheading certification and membership initiatives to foster growth and excellence within numerous non-profit organizations. Matthew started serving as the certification director for AIRS in 2016, and continues to advance the mission of the Inform USA certification program.
